Bookkeeper - Part Time

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Dragon WiFi are looking for an experienced part-time bookkeeper to work alongside our office team in Haverfordwest.

Duties include:

• Keeping accurate and up to date records of receipts and bank transactions.
• Posting and reconciling all bank transactions.
• Preparing VAT returns
• Creating Aged Debtor Reports
• Chasing up aged debtors.
• Running 4-weekly Payroll
• Other general bookkeeping duties.

Skills and Attributes:

• Work quickly AND accurately, as well as be highly organised and focused.
• Good written and oral English language skills and can communicate clearly and effectively.
• Confident, resourceful and take pride in your contribution to the company.
• Manage your own work load and prioritise daily tasks.
• The ability to multi-task, working within a busy, customer-focused environment where you think outside the box to get the job done.

The person required must be efficient, punctual and offer at least 3 years’ experience.

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
