Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Automotive Contract Clerk to add to our team! The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional with great communication skills who is ready to take on the challenge of working for two dealerships! This person will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and possess a high degree of attention to detail and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Post new and used car deals into accounting
• Assist with vehicle inventory
• Process all trade-in information and send payoff checks
• Send in incentive claims to factory for payment and post weekly statements
• Maintain heat sheets and post funding notices daily
• Break down deals and check for any compliance issues
• Maintain all accounting schedules associated with daily responsibilities
• Verify Gross Book at EOM and work with office for month end close

Skills

• Proven experience in automotive business office
• Working knowledge of office equipment
• Thorough understanding of office management procedures
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Must Possess A Valid Driver License

*Subject to background/drug screening

*Must Be Authorized to Work in the U.S.

*Pay rate negotiable based on experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $31.00 per hour
