Dudsbury Golf Club Hotel & Spa is an award winning business with very busy Spikes Bistro, The Orangery, and Bentleys and Brabant function rooms. Due to recent unprecedented demand for our facilities we are pleased to be able to begin to rebuild.

We cater for a wide range of guests including members of the general public, golf societies, hotel guests and club members, wedding guests, private functions including weddings and business meetings to name but a few! We are looking for individuals who are passionate about working and who want to make a difference in an ever changing fast paced dynamic environment.

JOB TITLE: Bar & Floor Staff (Full-time)

RESPONSIBLE TO: Duty Manager

MAIN DUTIES:

To provide an efficient service to all visitors and callers to Dudsbury Golf Club. This role will be on a rota system and will cover evenings and weekend shift working.

Deliver excellent customer service, at all times

Serve and present beverages, quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards

Assist in keeping the bar, bistro and restaurant tables clean and tidy at all times

Keep up to date with current promotions and new products

Make customers aware of offers on our great food and drink range

Speak to customers to ensure that they are satisfied with their meals and deal with any issues

Always adhere to all company policies and procedures and licensing laws

Take pride and assist in any area required

This role will require evening and weekend working

Carry our any other tasks commensurate with this position

Salary: £10.00-£11.00 per hour
