Our company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. The right candidate will be responsible for serving cakes and milkshakes , providing product information and feedback, and promoting sales and services. A successful candidate will also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as a professional attitude.

Responsibilities:

• serving cakes.
• Making milkshakes.
• Resolve customer problems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sunderland: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
