Role Overview & Responsibilities

Dyninno is a group of companies providing products and services in the travel, finance, entretainment and technology sectors in over 50 markets. ​

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to fill the position of Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP). The ideal candidate will have expertise in the full employee life cycle process, from preparing and following up on job offers to managing offboarding processes, including the administration of company assets. This role requires extensive knowledge and technical expertise in various HR processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle of the hiring, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes for new employess in different locations.
  • Liaise with process and department stakeholders to ensure a seamless and effective employee onboarding experience.
  • Oversee the full employee life cycle, partnering with key stakeholders from HR and Admin Teams.
  • Maintain HR information systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of employee data.
  • Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates based on local salary and compensation regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations in the locations where the hiring process will take place.
  • Manage company assets such as computers, cell phones, and other equipment during employee transitions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on employee life cycle processes
  • Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High customer success orientation and attention to the needs of stakeholders and employees
  • Strong technical skills in HR information systems and databases
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £40,000.00-£74,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

  • Yearly bonus

  • Amsterdam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
