Role Overview & Responsibilities

Have you ever wanted to get into sales?

We have an exciting opportunity for a confident, enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join our vibrant call centre in Thetford town centre.

Speaking to new and existing customers explaining our wide range of energy efficient products, going on to booking appointments with potential clients.

Full product and telephone training will be provided.

Basic wage with uncapped earnings.

No experience necessary as full training will be provided.

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• customer service: 1 year (preferred) not essential

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Salary: £250.00-£850.00 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Commission pay
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Thetford, IP24 1AD: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
