Role Overview & Responsibilities

We have an exiting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated team player to join the Gastroenterology Department at East Kent Hospitals Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will co-ordinate a high quality administrative service to the Department, whilst managing the patient pathways, supporting the service and general managers to deliver national RTT and KPI performance targets and service redesign.

The post-holder will be supporting to identify and implement initiatives to improve services, with delegated responsibility, and lead designated projects to ensure key performance targets are met.
