Area Manager – - Education

Recruiting for a a very experienced area manager who can demonstrate a curiosity and enthusiasm to develop the role, responsive and flexible self-motivated and team driven methodical and highly organised individual. You will be working for a very established contract caterer, within the education sector. Area Manager will be overseeing up to 8 primary and secondary schools and will be supporting the Operational Manager. The schools are situated in South East London

Who are we looking for?

The ideal candidate must have BI or education contract catering experience at an operational level and have the experience in overseeing up to 10 sites and can work well under pressure.

What will I be doing as an Area Manager?

You will lead and develop your team with the assistance of an area support manager. The area manager will manage client and stakeholder relationships whilst ensuring contractual compliance and adherence to company policies. Your accurate at reviewing business performance to hit the delivery of key financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Encourage and inspire teams to achieve targets and enhance performance which drives results
• You will be managing the education sites up to 8 schools
• Conduct regular performance reviews to set objectives and provide coaching and support to deliver results
• Develop strategic and operational plans for the client’s needs, managing execution and measuring results.
• Consistently develop the customer experience and understand customer requirements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £38,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
