Role Overview & Responsibilities

Due to the success and expansion of Eccleshill Dental Practise we are looking to recruit a new apprentice to join the team! Eccleshill Dental is a newly renovated, well-established practice on the Leeds/Bradford boarder (BD10) - with a remarkable 5* Google rating.

We are looking for a bubbly and outgoing individual to help assist the front of house team with the day to day running of the practise.

The job role includes:

Dealing with patient enquiries in person, via email and telephone.

Maintain the upkeep of the reception/office areas

Booking and rescheduling appointments as needed.

Maintaining/ updating patients details and records.

Collecting payments as needed.

Performing general admin duties such as tidying, filing/scanning etc.

Basic IT skills including Excel/Microsoft

Good customer service and communication skills

Ability to offer a warm/approachable manner

No certificated qualifications are necessary apart from GSCE Maths/English Grace C -Equivalent or above. Reception/Admin experience is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £4.81-£9.50 per hour
