UX/UI Designer

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• To develop UI mockups and prototypes in close cooperation with the front-end developers, product owners and business analytics
• To maintain & improve design systems for multiple products
• To follow design trends and promote best user interface practices
• To introduce and apply changes suggested by the supervisors of the respective projects
• To create designs for the presentations and promotions of the products
• To bring initiative in to the work process, highlight problems in the products and propose well-founded solution
• To ensure quality control of the implementation of the product, make sure that the product is implemented according to design guidelines
• To research how users use implemented solution, by applying qualitative and quantitative research methods

Requirements

• At least 3+ years of experience as UI/UX Designer
• Good skills of design and prototyping tools, such as Figma, Zeplin
• Have a clear understanding of usability, user-centered design and web standards
• Basic understanding of how designs are implemented in code
• Understanding of how to optimise design processes
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS Adobe After Effects or any other animation tool for interactions will be considered an advantage
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Russian
• Good time management, organisational skills and willingness to learn and expand professional skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From £50,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• UX Design: 3 years (preferred)
