Team Manager - Safeguarding

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Team Manager to join a busy and thriving Child Protection & Safeguarding Team in Staffordshire County Council.

Responsibilities & Benefits

• Investigation and assessment, following referrals to the service.
• Report Writing
• Working With PLO (Public Law Outline)
• Attending Child Protection meetings, Case Conferences and LAC reviews.
• Utilise Children in Need plans to work directly with Children
• Section 47s
• Flexible Working, TOIL (time off in lieu if working beyond your 37 hours)
• Travel benefits (mileage paid)
• We aim for caseloads to be between 15 and 22

Essential Requirements:

• Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
• At least 1+ years experience as a social worker within childrens services
• Social Work England Registration
• Driving license and access to own vehicle
