Senior Architectural Technologist / Technician (Revit)

Location : Central London

Salary : £55k - £65k

Permanent, Full time

Founded in 1961 an award-winning practice is seeking an Architectural Technician / Technologist at Senior or Project Lead level to join their London Studio. The successful individual will join the technology team and get the chance to work on cutting edge data centres and large-scale commercial projects.

With studios in Europe as well as London they work with a range of global clients. The London studio is 25 people strong with a heavy focus on collaborative working and career development. The successful individual will get to work across all stages of projects whilst being supported to enhance and develop their skill-set and take on more responsibilities.

Minimum Requirements :

  • 6+ years industry experience
  • Capable at managing project demands whilst inputting into production information
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision and co-ordinate a team
  • Willingness to share knowledge and work collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving ability across disciplines
  • Appreciation of design and technically strong
  • Knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Experience working across all RIBA stages
  • Commercial, Logistics or Data Centre project experience is highly advantageous
  • Must have advanced Revit skills

This position would require the successful individual to perform a full range of professional, design and technical tasks including some complex assignments. As well as planning and directing projects in conjunction with senior colleagues.

My client is offering a hybrid working pattern with 2-3 days in office and the rest working from home.
