Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are Cornwall's Premier Used Motorhome Centre located near Redruth in Cornwall.

A vacancy has arisen in our vehicle preparation & valeting department for a full-time Valeter / Driver and as such we are looking for a candidate who is proactive and takes pride in the work they carry out.

The role will involve:

• Cleaning and preparation of used high-value motorhomes internally / externally for display on the forecourt and for customer delivery.
• General forecourt maintenance duties
• Driving motorhomes locally with potential for travel further afield if required
• Some light manual handling required and some working in confined spaces.
• Essential to be able to work on their own initiative once given instructions and under the guidance of management.
• This is also an active, physical role, requiring meticulous attention to detail and to be a team player.

A candidate with experience in Car / Motorhome / Caravan valeting is desirable but not essential, as full training will be given. The successful candidate will need to be fully fit, hardworking, and able to deliver cleaning of the highest standard expected by our valued customers and management alike.

(Driving license is essential with C / C1 Entitlement Desirable)

The role would be on a full-time basis, 40 hours a week, Monday - Friday.

Salary will be based on national minimum wage; however, a suitable remuneration package can be negotiated subject to previous experience.
