Decontamination Nurse

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Decontamination and Sterilisation
• Taking responsibility for the day-to-day maintenance and running of the decontamination room where instruments from the surgeries are processed and prepared for their next use.
• Keep the decontamination area and all equipment and instruments clean, tidy, and sterile as appropriate according to the practice’s health and safety and infection control procedures and manufacturers’ instructions
• Act in accordance with the practice rules and code of conduct
• Work within an established private practice
• Potential dental nurse training
• Immediate start

No experience required, full training will be given

Salary: £8.00-£13.00 per hour
