Elite Careers has an exciting opportunity for a Freelance Health and Social Care Trainer to join our team and take lead in our Elite Careers Healthcare Bootcamp!

We specialise in recruitment and training within the Healthcare sector to ensure that staff are well equipped with the knowledge, skills and behaviours to do their job.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced and skilled healthcare trainer in London (although trainers from other locations are also encouraged to apply) with a minimum of 2 years teaching experience. Some modules you may have to cover may include:

• Basic life support
• Moving and handling
• Person centred care
• Medication awareness
• Safeguarding
• Mental health
• Learning difficulties
• Induction training including Care Certificate

It is extremely important to us that training is delivered by a trainer who:

• Has outstanding communication skills
• Is passionate and knowledgeable about Healthcare
• Is committed to ensuring that the learning outcomes are met
• Adopts training methods that are enjoyable, interactive and adjusted to the needs of the learning group
• Has formal up to date training qualifications

As per the role, travelling to other care settings to deliver training may be required. However, this will always be confirmed with you.

Job Type: Freelance

Salary: £100.00-£150.00 per day

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Newham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
