Graphic Designer (Tier 2 Sponsorship available)

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Ellas Food is seeking Graphic Designers to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and show a genuine interest in developing innovative designs that can be adapted for multiple purposes. The Graphic Designer will need to be creative and skilled with digital editing tools and will also be responsible for creating social media contents, documents, charts and graphs. Would need to have extensive experience in corporate identity design for print & web/logos etc

Responsibilities:

• Discusses media, software and technology to be used, establishes timetable for Social media post
• Undertake research into project, considers previous related projects and compares costs of using different processes
• Prepare sketches, scale drawings, models, colour schemes and other mock-ups to show clients and discusses any required alterations
• Prepare specification and instructions for realisation of the project
• Liaises with other parts of the production team to ensure graphic design fits with other elements, processes and timescales
• Produces or oversees creation of the final product.
• Identify alternatives, present creative solutions, and implement design changes requested by clients. Demonstrate graphic design skills on multiple projects.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to identify objectives and requirements.
• Review prospective clients' business needs and goals and make recommendations to the creative director based on overall corporate identity.
• Create innovative designs that are in line with company goals
• Analyse and interpret data related to market trends and customer preferences. Would suit a skilled hybrid designer who can be a crucial part of our team and growth.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £22,000.00-£23,500.00 per year

• Monday to Friday
