Health Care Assistant

Role Overview & Responsibilities

To work as part of a team of carers, under the direction of the Registered Manager, providing high quality personal assistance with care tasks, to meet the needs of individuals in their own homes. Candidate will need to assist with personal care tasks, domestic duties, social tasks promoting and encouraging clients to maximise their independence. They will be working in asccordance with Emmcare Ltd's policies and procedures. candidate will liase with other health professionals where required as part of the care team, administer medication following training and policies and procedures.

They will also attend training sessions as requested by the Registered Manager and participate in supervisions and appraisals as part of the commitment towards personal and professional developement.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 -40 per week

Salary: £10.50-£12.50 per hour
