As a Support Worker, you will be working with adults with learning difficulties and/or mental health issues of varying degrees.

You will be responsible for assisting them to live as independently as possible within our service, accompanying them to access services in the community and assisting with daily living tasks where required.

You should demonstrate a genuine caring nature and a passion for delivering excellent care.

We pride ourselves on providing personalised support which is flexible and responsive. Our aim is for our service to grow in future years and we are committed to the development of this service.

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
