Role Overview & Responsibilities

Handyman required for serviced apartments and domestic related duties including maintenance such as fixing plumbing systems, , painting, decorating, filling in hole, providing repair guidance, cleaning and remodeling community spaces, and performing repair assessments approximately 10-20h a week, between 8:00am-6:00pm and could even be more depending on seasonality and needs of the business. Salary is £15.00- £20.00 per hour on Self Employment bases (It will be up to you to declare your income) additional £20 per hour will be provided if candidate is willing to work per call out between the hours of 6:00pm-11:00pm

Flexibility and weekend availability is essential in order to fit around a busy schedule.

Duties included:

-fixing plumbing systems

-painting

-decorating

-filling in hole

-providing repair guidance

-cleaning and remodeling community spaces

-performing repair assessments and other handyman stuffs

Requirements:

-Must be available to work any day

-Must have their own car (petrol will be paid by the company)

-Must have drivers license

-Must be able to drive within an hour

-Need to commute between an hour and a half between Fleetwood, Liverpool and Blackpool

Salary: £15.00- £20.00 p/h

Confidentiality and trustworthiness is a must. More hours and additional pay of £20 per hour will be provided if candidate is willing to work per call out between the hours of 6:00pm-11:00pm.
