Empowering Learning are currently recruiting on behalf of a lovely Rochdale school for 2 Catering Assistants .

PLEASE ONLY APPLY FOR THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE A DBS ON THE UPDATE SERVICE AND ARE ABLE TO WORK IN ROCHDALE 10-2 MONDAY - FRIDAY ASAP.

Due to the urgent nature of this appointment the school are unable to wait for people to complete notice periods, leave their current role.

We are looking for 2 Catering Assistants, 10:00 – 14:00, Monday to Friday.

This role entails Assisting a team of kitchen staff in a very busy school.

The Catering Assistant role will include:

washing up

Keeping area clean and tidy,

Preparing food,

Serving food to pupils,

Working on the cashless tills.

Cleaning down tables and work area.

For this Catering Assistant role you will need to have the following:

DBS on the update service

Be able to provide your two most recent professional references, either work or study based

Be proactive and willing to work as part of a team.

Salary: £12.50-£13.50 per hour

Contract length: 5 months

Salary: £11.50-£14.50 per hour
