Encore are recruiting forBicycle Build/Mechanics working in a major online sports retailer in Wolverhampton (WV14)
Hours of Work
Monday to Friday 07:30 - 15:30
Rates of Pay
Basic Pay - £ 10.18 p/hr
Training completion - £ 10.84 p/hr
Overtime Pay - £ 13.23 - £14.09 p/hr
*Skills Dependant - Potential to Start on Skilled Rate*

Your time at work
The successful candidate will work on the assembly of bikes in line with PDI process
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Set up and configuration of high quality bikes before dispatch.- Monitoring and assessing quality of completed bikes using quality checklists
- Ensure compliance with all Health and Safety regulations
- Completion of regular housekeeping duties
- The ability to demonstrate proficiency in bike assembly
- Proven working experience and the ability to clearly demonstrate a solid understanding in the pre delivery inspection process
- Proven quality control with the ability to identify bike faults
- Positive can do attitudeExcellent attention to detail
