Role Overview & Responsibilities

Entire Care is a specialist Nursing and Health care agency .

Our office is based in Coventry. We require Part Time Admin Assistant. Previous experience is preferable .

Hours of work:

Monday -Friday 9am-3pm 4 days a week and plus on call rota (will include weekend one in three

Your main duties will include:

• View CV and begin the screening process
• Screen applicants by telephone
• Check and copy documents for compliance
• Ensure all applicant forms and associated documents are filed in correctly
• Send out reference check forms and chase them
• Create Profiles for Agency Worker
• Create a Badge for Agency Worker
• Take incoming calls and pass these as appropriate or take caller details
• Update spreadsheets as required e.g. Planner
• Make contact with clients / potential clients to arrange visits 
• Ring Clients to check if staff are required
• On call rota (once familiar in all other areas)
• And all Other reasonable duties as directed by line management from time to time

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: £11,856.00-£12,480.00 per year
