EPODIUM is a global IT Reseller with locations in key countries across the globe. After great start-up success we are now looking to welcome new members to our team to help us grow and expand!

We are looking for an ambitious candidate to join our team as a Logistics and Procurement Representative. They will be working closely with the Sales team in supporting customers locally and internationally.

This role will require you to:

• Be Pro-active with an aptitude to learn.
• Have good time management skills.
• Be a very good communicator both in writing and orally.
• Possess High level of Customer Management skills
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Be computer literate and Proficient in use of Microsoft Office

Desired Experience:

• Previous admin/procurement experience desirable.
• Previous experience using Salesforce and QuickBooks desirable.

Main Duties of the Role:

• Global logistics - shipping and receiving for customer orders domestic and international
• Working with the Inside Sales Team to provide updates on orders
• Tracking orders and providing timely updates to inside sales team regarding Estimated Ship and Delivery Dates.
• Help manage Salesforce updates on all open opportunities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• No nights
• No weekends
