Games Master

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for two Games Masters to join our team here at Escape Time - St Ives.

18 years old minimum to apply.

These are zero hours contracts with a focus on evening and weekend work. Perfect for students or anyone who wants to work occasionally.

As a Games Master you will:

Welcome guests into the venue, brief them on our procedures and get them hyped to play our games.

Run our exciting escape games, giving guest clues when they need them and ensuring they have a great experience.

Resetting our rooms for the next game.

Helping to keep the venue clean, tidy and safe.

Help promote the venue including handing out flyers.

We are ideally looking for people who:

Have some kind of customer service experience (not necessarily with escape rooms).

Are able to keep calm and solve problems.

Have good availability evenings and weekends.

Are able to engage with customers and create an air of excitement around our games.

Are technologically literate.

Full training will be provided.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
