Graphic Designer / Print Production

We are an international printing and marketing design organisation with over 45 years of experience. We are currently seeking a Junior Graphic Designer/Print Production Assistant who is looking to build a career and develop their future in digital print, design and marketing.We offer all aspects of design, marketing and print solutions to our customers. Our clients range from small independent businesses to large blue chip companies. We design, print and provide a huge range of products for our customers such as business cards, flyers, brochures, logos, menus, signage, promotional products, printed clothing and much more.This exciting opportunity would suit someone who has the motivation and desire to work in a friendly, fast paced environment. Additional training will be provided for the ideal candidate.

The role:- Design for print (Business Cards, Flyers, Brochures etc)- Print production including finishing, binding and packing- Customer service and internal sales- Dealing with new and existing clients on the phone by e-mail and face to face- Working on quotations and following up with our customers- Helping out in all other areas of the business when required

Key requirements:
- Knowledge of Graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) and print production are essential
- Good customer service skills are essential (Excellent verbal and written English skills)
- Good organisation skills and a responsible can do attitude
- A desire to work in a fast paced and rewarding environment
- The ability to work closely with and up sell to new and existing clients

Previous experience of working in the printing industry would be advantageousHours - Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm

Salary - To be negotiated depending on experience

Salary: £18,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

• SOUTHEND-ON-SEA: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

• Print Production: 3 years (preferred)
