Role Overview & Responsibilities

Everyone Active is currently seeking an ambitious and self-motivated individual to take on this role who is ready to embrace our brand mission of 30 minutes of activity 5 times a week.

This is unique opportunity to join a growing team delivering a variety of courses and activites on our new single and double hander fleets.

The successful candidate will provide training in all aspects of the watersports programme. You will be responsible for inspiring and motivating customers of all ages and backgrounds in a watersports environment.

We need a Dinghy instructor who will…

• Be responsible for the health, safety and wellbeing of our watersports customers.

• Ensure there is clear and appropriate communication with parents and carers of all children on our courses.

• Adopt a proactive approach to customer service, being enthusiastic and reliable.

• Be punctual and have effective organisation and time management skills.

• Maintain records and update paperwork relating to course delivery.

• Undertake regular fleet and grounds maintenance tasks

• Be able to work as part of a team.

Power boat Instructors, Windsurf Instructors, Paddlesport Instructors or Senior Instructors Qualifications Desirable

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £12,462.00-£16,226.90 per year

• London se16 7sx: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

• Dinghy Instructor Qualification (required)
• Senior Instructors Qualification (preferred)
• Powerboat Level 2 (required)
