Evidencia Life Sciences is recruiting for an analytical and research-orientated individual to work alongside and support our Principal Consultants in our brand-new Horsham Office. Having grown over the last 10 years, we specialise in recruiting the best talent for Clients within the commercialisation of Pharmaceutical and Medical Device products on a contract and permanent basis, globally.

Joining the team as a Recruitment Researcher, you will be responsible for mapping relevant markets, by region, and researching suitable companies and identifying candidates which will lead to business-critical hires.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Researcher:

• Develop new business leads through proactive market research, networking and consistent relationship building
• Keep up to date with all market trends and growth within the sector
• Generate a pipeline using a variety of different platforms
• Network and connect with candidates within the Pharmaceutical Industry globally, to engage and attract key talent for our established and growing client base
• Actively source and qualify candidates while managing the client's needs and expectations
• Solve high level strategy problems by understanding the needs and opportunities of the Business, Candidate and Client

About you:

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• Keen interest in personal development with the mindset to succeed
• Strong academic background and motivated to work towards project deadlines
• Comfortable in speaking with individuals at a Senior Leadership Level.

OTE: £35K year one

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: £18,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
