Production Operatives

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We currently have an exciting opportunity available at a food manufacturing facility in Lacock. Our client is looking for a flexible and multi-functional team member to join their unloading department.

Ungraded Operatives:

• Comply with all hygiene and food safety procedures.
• Stock count on every shift. At the start and end of the shift.
• Ensure all health and safety measures are always being followed.
• Contribute ideas to site managers to improve department’s efficiency.
• Ensure SOPs are followed.

Candidate requirements:

• Basic IT skills
• Good attention to detail
• The ability to problem solve
• Ensure adherence to standards, particularly quality and cleaning standards
• Excellent attitude and work ethic
• An interest in food and production of food

Shifts:

• 4 on / 4 off - 06:00-18:00 - £10.73ph

Warehouse experience preferred but not essential.
