Role Overview & Responsibilities

Our client is a UK registered distance selling pharmacy that delivers prescription medicines to patients in their homes throughout the UK.

Also operating a Travel Health Clinic based in Croydon (CR7), they are looking for a GPhC registered Pharmacist or Pharmacist Manager to join their team, providing first-class services to patients including travel health, phlebotomy (training provided), NMS and more!

This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm), paying up to £45,000 DOE + GPhC fees reimbursed.

You will be well supported with a fantastic team in store, including 2 Dispensers, a Superintendent Pharmacist, a non-Pharmacist Manager, 1 Delivery Driver, and a Dispensing Robot.

Role Responsibilities

• Dispensing prescription medicine to the public in accordance with the regulations and contractual obligations.
• Prepare medications by reviewing and interpreting GP’s orders, detecting therapeutic incompatibles, and prescribing errors.
• Dispense medications by compounding, packaging, labelling medicines.
• Control medications by monitoring drug therapies, advising interventions.
• Complete pharmacy operational requirements by organising and directing Dispenser’s workflow, verifying their preparation, and labelling of medicines verifying order entries, charges, and inspections.
