Business Analyst Trainee

Role Overview & Responsibilities

This entry-level role is ideal for new graduates or candidates who are studying any business analysis qualifications without any work experience.

The Role:

To take responsibility for project analysis and design, ensuring outcome traceability across project cycles throughout all development, testing, training and business readiness elements.

As one of our Trainee Business Analysts, you’ll be part of a team that evaluates change requests, working with Delivery and Product Managers to influence outcomes, maximising business benefit. You’ll document and analyse functional and non-functional specifications, coordinating requirements for review and approvals as part of project scope and planning.

It’s an integral part of our business success, together with providing estimates for all projects in the analysis phase for all stakeholder groups. You’ll also be involved in the presentation of solutions and options post problem analysis for production and project delivery issues.
