Domestic Major Loss & ARIEL Operations Manager

Our client is looking for a Domestic Major Loss & ARIEL Operations Manager to work in office and operationally manage teams of Claims Technicians / Desktop Investigators and Field Investigators; the Filed Investigators operating throughout the Midlands (East & West). You will report into the Household Claims Director and be operationally responsible for the running of this business unit, accountable for systems, staffing, services, profit & loss, logistics, complaints and account management etc.

Ideally, you will be ARIEL / DML qualified although this isn’t essential & where appropriate, further professional development will be supported. We are ideally seeking candidates with a minimum of 2 years prior operational and/or managerial experience; someone energetic, dynamic & ambitious. You will work out of their local office and be provided with all the necessary equipment / office support as required.
