Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a friendly and inviting online tuition center seeking passionate part-time tutors to join our team. As an online tutor, you will be responsible for providing academic support and guidance to students of ages between 8-16 years old through our virtual platform. You will work with students to develop their academic skills, build their confidence and achieve their goals. We have an ongoing need for part and full-time tutors, and provide flexible working hours.

Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one and group online tutoring sessions to students in a variety of subjects.

Implement lesson plans based on each student's needs and goals.

Monitor student's academic progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians.

Use creative teaching methods to engage students and help them develop a love for learning.

Collaborate with other tutors and staff members to create a positive learning environment.

Stay up to date with curriculum changes and academic standards.

Requirements:

.Applicants must be over 18 and demonstrate competence in the sector they wish to tutor.

.Good communication and interpersonal skills.

.Flexible, patient, and able to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual student needs.

.A passion for helping students achieve academic success.

We want our tutors to feel comfortable and supported while working with us. We believe in continuous learning and offer professional development opportunities to our tutors to grow their skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

Salary: £21.00-£35.00 per hour
