Role Overview & Responsibilities

Fairway Lawn and Gardens is a all-encompassing garden maintenance service, tailored to meet the needs of residential and commercial property owners throughout Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Buckinghamshire, and Bedfordshire.

Fairway Lawn And Gardens are a new and fast growing company based in Northamptonshire.

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious gardener to join our expanding team.

The right candidate should :

- Work effectively on their own and as part of a team

- Be well-presented and polite

- Have the ability to quickly build rapport with existing and new customers

- Have high attention to detail, paying particular attention to customer care and always striving to go above and beyond

- Continuously deliver high standards

Duties will include:

- Lawn care - strimming, pedestrian & ride-on mowing, aeration, scarification,edging, fertilising

- Plant/Tree/Shrub care - pruning, watering, dead-heading, feeding

Experience and qualifications essential for this role are:

• Full knowledge of the use and care of all necessary maintenance equipment.
• Full driving licence.
• Good shrub/Plant knowledge
• PA1/PA6 (advantageous)

Salary package negotiable based on experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

Experience:

• Gardening: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

• Driving Licence (preferred)

Work Location: On the road
