Family Eyecare is a small business in Harrow. We have a small team and look out for each other. Our goal is to provide top quality customer care to our local community.

We are looking for an Optical Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, helping customers select frames and lenses, and performing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of optical terminology and be able to explain the features and benefits of different products. The Optical Assistant must also be comfortable with computers and be able to accurately enter customer information into our system.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their needs.
• Dispense spectacles
• Provide customer service in a courteous and professional manner.
• Assist with repairs and adjustments of eyewear.
• Maintain accurate records of patient information.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the optical area.
• Be knowledgeable about current products and services.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,639.00-£23,425.00 per year
