Role Overview & Responsibilities

Farrell Heyworth are one of the UK’s leading independent Estate Agents. We help people buy, sell, let or rent properties and offer a full range of services within the group, including, Sales, Lettings, Property Management, Independent Mortgage Advise & Auctions.

Job Description

We are looking for a talented and ambitious developer to join our dynamic award winning IT development team in Lancaster City Centre.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a senior IT developer, working on bug fixing existing codes, developing new forward thinking projects and updating and maintaining existing codes.

Selection Process

You must have the following

· 2 years coding experience

· Strong C# Programming Language Skills

· Strong JavaScript/Typescript/Html

· Good Understanding of SOLID principles and Design Patterns

· Experience in at least two Front End technology (Razor, Angular 2+, React)

· jQuery

· Source Control Tool (Git)

· RestAPI

· MS Visual Studio

· Debugging Skills

· Experience of SQL Server

Ideally but not essential

· Ajax

· CSS

· Classic ASP/VB Script

· React

· Web Forms

Salary £45,000 - £55,000 DOE

Monday – Friday 9.00 – 17.00 Office Based and/or Home Based

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £45,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
