Recruiting for our flagship store located in Fosse Park, Leicester.

Currently we are looking for a assistant manager to join our team. It would offer them a chance to develop within a new business that is growing at a phenomenal rate with many exciting opportunities as we open more stores in Leicester. The ideal candidate would be friendly, customer orientated, sociable and keen to work.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as eyes and ears to the Fattoush brand
• Ensure excellence in the three fattoush journeys
• Driving of sales
• Enforcing SOPS ’s as per fattoush operating protocol
• HR and Rota Management
• Supporting staff training and development
• Stock & inventory management
• Troubleshooting and conflict management
• Supporting training of team members and supervisors
• Enforcing food, personal and store health and safety procedures
• Maintaining professional standards of service and trade
• Responsibility for further and development with support from your directors wherever necessary

Part-time hours: 45 per week

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
