Role Overview & Responsibilities

Fineway Cash and Carry are looking for a reliable and experienced butcher/boner to join our friendly, hardworking team. Based in Plumstead high street, Fineway Cash and Carry is a busy family-run grocery and meat shop looking to expand the team due to significant growth in the previous months.

We are looking for a butcher that is:

· Able to work at a block for up to 12 hours a day (on occasional busy periods)

· Familiar with all species & up to date with specifications

· Reliable

· Capable of completing/understanding general health & safety practices.

· Good attention to detail in regards to completing costings paperwork – training will be given.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: Start range £20,000 to £35000.00 per hour

• Butchering: 1 years (required)
