Trainee Pizza Chef

Yard Sale Pizza serve award-winning neighbourhood pizza in London. We're hiring a talented trainee pizza chef who wants to develop their skills.

We’re a young but growing business currently with 10 sites, offering plenty of career progression for hard working individuals.

Duties:

• You'll be training in a fast-paced environment on how to stretch and bake pizza dough Neapolitan-style;
• Assisting in all areas of prep;
• Ensuring the kitchen service is running smoothly;
• Maintaining your own workstation;
• Adhering to exceptionally high standards;
• Achieve a Level 2 food safety & Hygiene certificate as part of training.

• You must have willingness to learn how to make pizza from scratch;
• Previous experience working in a kitchen or strong knowledge of kitchen hygiene and health and safety;
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the UK and speak English.

You'll be working with a fantastic team in a fun environment, and we believe in a brilliant work/life balance so you won't be working super-late. We're able to offer a permanent position and we want chefs to grow with us - there's lots of opportunities to progress to a Junior Chef role as we have really ambitious expansion plans and want chefs to grow with us.
