Role Overview & Responsibilities

Flip Out Chichester are the largest Adventure & trampoline park in West Sussex - we are looking for a new catering manager to join our team on a full time basis

It is important that you have prior catering experience

Duties may/will include:

- Being the most senior member the team on shift

- Making/ preparing hot food and drinks

- Prepping food

- Risk assessments

- Ordering

- Arranging annual servicing

- Preparing/ undertaking internal and external audits

- Complying with all food hygiene and safety requirements

We are looking for a catering manager who is enthusiastic, kind , fun, happy, sensible & work well under pressure - we do get incredibly busy so if you get flustered easily this job probably isn't for you especially as one of our senior staff members - the team will look to you when its busy. Our catering manager will deal with the customers who may be escalated by our team members so ensuring you can deal with complaints well and keep calm under pressure is essential!

If you are the kind of person who can always keep a smile on your face whilst working hard and are not easily phased you are the kind of person we are looking for!

Our Full time duty manager will work 40 hours a week and this can include bank holidays, half terms, weekends, evenings and day times.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: £26,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Catering: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
