Food & Beverage Team Member

Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for individuals to join us as a Café Assistant in our Food and Beverage Department.

The role includes:

• Preparing food and beverage items using standard facility equipment ensuring quality and efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and café area to meet or exceed department standards for cleanliness, food handling and sanitation
• Ensure neatness, cleanliness and orderliness of the facility by; sweeping, mopping, stacking shelves, washing up, removing waste. Clean all tables and keeping tables and chairs straight and tidy.
• Properly store and label all products
• Keeping accurate cleaning and temperature records
• Restock supplies and maintaining stock rotation
• Refilling and maintaining cleanliness of Star Slush machines
• Operating the till and serving all customers in a polite and courteous manner
• Prepare customer orders to company specifications
• Perform other duties or roles as assigned by the supervisor/ manager

This role is suitable for anyone, with or without experience, you will need to be energetic, a team player and confident to talk to both staff and customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
