FOOD SAFETY AUDITORS

We are seeking suitably qualified and highly experienced individuals, UK based, for full time positions conducting food safety audits within a discreet and dedicated high quality team for a major Retailer. The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:

• A recognised qualification in a food related subject at degree level (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 10 years food industry experience at Technical Manager level including High Care / High Risk environments
• Auditing experience with a broad range of food category capabilities, ideally to include Meat and Dairy
• Qualified Lead Auditor
• HACCP qualified at Intermediate level or above.
• Possession of knowledge of current Industry and Retailers’ Food Manufacturing Standards requirements.

The candidate will have a flexible approach to work and travel with willingness to travel all over the UK and some European countries. He or she is likely to spend 50% of their time away from home. Good computer literacy and report writing skills and an ability to communicate at all levels are essential.
