Job Title: Content Creator

Football Fun Factory is on a mission to become the world’s leading children’s football coaching organisation and you can help make this goal a reality!

Our children’s football coaching franchise is seeking a talented Content Creator to join our team in a brand-new and exciting role. As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging and informative media content to inspire, educate and entertain our audience of football parents and football coaches.

Your aim will be to accelerate the growth of the brand and help us reach new heights through high-performing content that drives brand awareness.

A big feature of the role will be to develop the personal brands of key staff members documenting the day-to-day running of the company and telling our unique story.

This role is based from our Head Office in Balsham, Cambridge and will require occasional travel to Football Fun Factory sessions and therefore a full driving license is required.

Working hours - 40 per week. Salary - £22, 000 PA. A laptop and phone will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Create original and high-quality photograph and video content to grow the Football Fun Factory brand far and wide. In addition, the ideal candidate would also specialise in other forms of content which may include blog posts and/or graphic design.
• Collaborate with our coaching team, attending our football sessions to develop content that promotes our training programs and company philosophy.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy to grow the personal profiles of the Football Fun Factory’s key staff.
• Manage and maintain our social media accounts, including scheduling posts and engaging with followers.
• Monitor and analyse our content performance to identify areas of improvement and optimise our content strategy.
• Conduct regular research on other organisations to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in football, franchising and general digital marketing to ensure that our content remains relevant, creative and stands out from the crowd.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, with a strong portfolio of content that demonstrates your creativity and skillset.
• Experienced in using Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Experience in using a DSLR camera.
• Experience and knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin and TikTok.
• Excellent written word with the ability to write and schedule content in the Football Fun Factory brand voice.
• Outstanding editing skills, with the ability to turn around content at pace.
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and take direction from senior staff.
• A passion for football is desirable.
• Experience with social media management and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics and Facebook Professional Dashboard is desirable.
