Full Time Support Workers Urgently Required! ***£500 sign up bonus***

Forget Me Not Caring Ltd are urgently looking for caring and enthusiastic individuals to join our friendly team of Support Workers in Basildon, Laindon, & Pitsea.

Rate of Pay:

£11.00 per hour

There is opportunities to top up your earnings with overtime and with our referral scheme

Essential:

• A minimum of 6-12 months proven experience within a Care Role

Job Role:

• As a Support Worker you will be involved in providing support and high standards of care to adults with learning disabilities, to enable them to live independently in their own home.
• You will also be required to help support the service users out in the community with activities such as shopping, trampolining, day trips etc also appointments such as hairdressers/barbers, doctors/hospital appointments.

Working Time:

• The working day starts at 7am and finishes at 10pm, the night shift starts at 10pm and finishes at 7am but the shift patterns vary from service to service.
• We do not offer Sleeps as part of your contract however these are / can be shared fairly within services.
• The role will include working every other weekend.
• The ideal candidate would need to be flexible throughout the week and be able to help cover bank holidays too.

Based on a minimum 40 hour contract

Paid on successful completion of a 6 month probationary period
