Machine Operative – Formula – Newark

This role will see you working with our Formula brand, a leading supplier of high performance industrial plasters.

In this role, you will implement all aspects of the production wrapping process linked to the plant, ensuring that all work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Machine Operator/Setter
• Operating the packing machines on the production line
• Wrapping Pallets
• Moving Pallets Using the Forklift-License Beneficial
• Acting as a stand in team leads for more junior members of the team

What skills and experience are we looking for?

• Manufacturing or Production Background
• Forklift License or recent Forklift Experience is beneficial
• Experience with leading a team or being a senior member of a factory/ warehouse is beneficial
• Driven and accountable
