Trainee CAD Technician

Role Overview & Responsibilities

Fosse Surveying Ltd are a forward thinking land & measured building survey company based in the East Midlands looking for a candidate at Junior / Trainee level to join our growing team as a Trainee Laser Scanning / CAD Technician.

We currently undertake a full range of surveying services which include Topographical Land Surveys, Measured Building Surveys consisting of Site Elevations, Floor plans and 3D Laser Scanning,

We have 30 years experience of the surveying industry and have formed an excellent portfolio of clients since start of trading. The majority of other works are within 1 hour of our office but the occasional stop over would be required from time to time to meet our clients demands.

Experience in land or measured building surveying or AutoCAD would be an advantage. However in house training will be provided to the successful candidate by current senior surveyors and management. The job role will involve site visits to undertake laser scanning surveys from time to time.

A full driving licence is essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £15,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
