Role Overview & Responsibilities

We are a market leader in executive search, with offices in London City Center.

Initially you will join the company as part of the 6-week training academy, this will assure you understand the role you’re undertaking.

The Role:

- Negotiating terms of business and contracts on behalf of successful candidates.

- Speaking regularly with senior executives over the phone / video call.

- Sourcing and interviewing exceptional candidates on behalf of your client.

- Pitching the relevant search solution to remedy your client’s requirement.

- Managing the interview process; scheduling, feedback, debriefing.

Salary: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
