Rate - £258.77 to £324.55 per day

Your Role

- The project is being set up to ensure that we can deliver proportionate reviews; assessments and follow up actions in relation to the statutory functions part of Care Act as well as to ensure that CHC section 117 and people moving through transition can all receive the correct support and negotiations to maximise opportunities around other funding and shared accountability where a person is subject to sect 117 aftercare and CHC considerations It also assists the assessors to proceed where they are able to for appeal or negotiating care package costs where CHC/117 isnt the appropriate framework to follow

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Islington, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
