Role Overview & Responsibilities

FRANKONIABAKERY is a very busy, family run, artisan bakery located in Surbiton, Greater London. We produce a delicious range of sourdoughs, sandwich breads and pastries which we share with our fabulous 5 star clientele in and around London and Sussex. Our reputation is flawless and our standards are high.

We are looking to hire an enthusiastic, dedicated and highly skilled baker to join our team. Experience in all aspects of baking and in a similar environment is required.

• Moulding
• Maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards

SALARY, depending on experience and skill FROM £30,000 per year plus bonus

Full time and permanent

Approx. 40 hours per week, 5 day week, overtime available

Hours: 4/5am-1/2pm or 2pm to 10pm or midnight depending on how busy the day is
