Building Surveyor

Role Overview & Responsibilities

On behalf of our client, Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Building Surveyor for a contract role.

The Building Surveyor role will include:

Social housing maintenance repairs and planned works surveys, damp, subsidence, structural inspections in occupied and void properties.

Surveying pre and post works.

Complete and deliver technical reports directly to internal teams and contractors.

Liaise with management and support staff throughout the surveying process.

Candidates Must Have:

Social housing maintenance and repairs surveying experience

Health and Safety legislation knowledge

Surveying qualification or experience

Technical knowledge of a wide range of housing stock

Extensive Knowledge of Building Maintenance and diagnostic techniques

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £30.00-£33.00 per hour
