Role Overview & Responsibilities

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Multi Trade Operative for a Temporary role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

• Kitchen/Bathroom Installs & Rip outs
• Carpentry - Hanging Doors, Skirting, Stud Walls, Flooring, Architrave
• Plumbing - tap, toilet, basin changes, connecting pipework, fault finding
• Tiling repairs to bathrooms and kitchens
• Minor Brickwork
• Sealing/Silicone
• Snagging Works
• Patch Plastering
• Logging works via PDA
• Liaising with customers, clients, and staff

Candidate Requirements

• Full UK Drivers License
• Carpentry/Plumbing Bias
• Core trade qualification is advantageous but not essential
• 5+ years experience within a similar role building/multi trade role

Working Hours

• Monday – Friday
• 40 Hours Per Week
• Lunch Break

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Call Out + Overtime

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract

Salary: £21.00 per hour
